2 Services

Provenial LLC is a Texas-based private-capital residential acquisition and real-estate company. We evaluate and acquire residential properties across Dallas-Fort Worth, Greater Austin, and Greater Houston.

3 Text Message Terms

Program: Provenial LLC text messages. If you separately opt in to receive SMS messages from Provenial LLC, you agree to receive texts related to your property inquiry. This may include follow-up communications, appointment scheduling, property valuation updates, and properties you asked to hear about. Merely visiting this website or sending an email does not constitute SMS consent.

How to opt in: tell a Provenial representative during a phone call that we may text you, then reply YES to our confirmation text. You can also text us first.

Message frequency: Varies based on interaction, typically 1 to 5 messages per inquiry.

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for plan details.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts.

4 Inquiries

Submitting a property inquiry does not create a binding agreement or obligation. Any property transaction will be subject to a separate written agreement between the parties.

5 Disclaimer

Any preliminary property valuation or indication is an estimate based on available information and is not a binding offer. Final price, access, title, diligence, and closing obligations are governed only by a separate written agreement between the parties.

6 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
